Yes! We ship nationwide using FedEx Priority Overnight with a live arrival guarantee. Shipping typically runs $50-75 depending on your location. We also offer local pickup in South Florida for no additional charge. All shipments include heat or cold packs as needed for safe transport.

We accept cash (local pickup), Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal Friends & Family. For reservations and deposits, we prefer Venmo or Zelle. We do not accept credit cards at this time. Payment is due in full before shipping or pickup.

Absolutely. All of our snakes come with a 7-day health guarantee covering any health issues present at the time of sale. We only sell snakes that are feeding consistently on frozen/thawed prey and in excellent health. If any issues arise, we'll work with you to make it right.

Yes! We welcome visitors by appointment only. This allows us to give you our full attention and ensure a biosecure environment for our collection. Contact us to schedule a visit. We're located in South Florida and happy to show you our snakes in person.

Yes, 100%! All of our snakes are captive bred and born right here at Elite Serpents. We breed our own animals and occasionally acquire proven breeding stock from other reputable breeders. You'll never find wild-caught or imported animals in our collection.

Every snake from Elite Serpents includes: detailed care sheet specific to the species, complete feeding records showing prey size and consistency, our direct contact information for lifetime support, and a deli cup or small transport container. We also provide guidance on setting up your enclosure before your snake arrives.
